Ah, the wonders of the Internet! I only finally got to watch the first episodes of these two shows and I'm impressed.
Bionic Woman
I've already read a lot about this episode (and series) and I agree with pretty much all of the feedback. Katee Sakloff steals the show as the "first" bionic woman, but I think the writers will let the Jaime character grow into her new situation. She's not used to being bionic and is still kinda in a state of shock. I hope she grows angrier and more sarcastic. With the exception of taking itself just a bit too seriously, this show is working for me so far.
Reaper
Wow, ok... this is what Chuck is supposed to be like. It's actually funny! And well thought-out, and interesting, and, well, has some verve to it. I'm sure it's been said before, but it bears repeating: the best friend character is Jack Black in a can. Not only is he physically spot on, but he's even got the timing and mannerisms down. Considering how annoying Jack Black has become, can we just replace him for a while with this guy? Hopefully, this show stays on for a while.
